SUBSTANCE: method includes one-stage grinding of porous aggregate till formation of required amount of sand fraction, mixing of grinding product with other components of cement mix in mixer. Method provides for proportioning porous aggregate at least at two stages; aggregate of different type or quality is proportioned at each stage and then at least one of proportioned aggregates is crushed and crushed product is fed to mixer.
