FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to crushers of sponge titanium or zirconium blocks. Proposed crusher comprises cutting chamber with drive and driven shafts with toothed disks fitted thereon and provided with hubs and gears on their extensions, and passage slot for crushed material, as well as loading and discharging device, and drive. Crusher incorporates two-section drive. Toothed disks are integrated into detachable packages for coarse, medium or fine crushing. Drive and driven shafts have splined to receive said replaceable packages. Toothed disks feature tooth triangular shape and V-like cross section for coarse crushing, triangular shape and rectangular cross section for medium and fine crushing. Aforesaid passage is formed by central slot and slot branches between outer and lateral surfaces of adjoining replaceable toothed disk and outer surfaces of disk hubs. Total cross section of passage is selected from relationship: Q =n (S × W) + U · B, where n is number of slot branches, S is slot branch width, W is slot branch height, U is width of central slot, B is length of central slot.
EFFECT: higher crushing efficiency.
