FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: plant includes sealed case, heat insulation forming working space with zone of heating of charge, heaters, means for vacuum pumping and system for supply of working gas. Hydrogen utalizer is additionally mounted in working space right behind zone of heating of charge. Plant also has screen placed equidistantly from heat insulation to form slot passage between them and working gas circulation with possibility to change flow rate in them, discharge branch. Heat insulation is fabricated from panels inside which honeycomb units are located isolated with layers of silica cloth. Panels are fitted with self- contained vacuum system equipped with blocking vacuum gauge. Pressure branch contained vacuum system space and is additionally provided with device to clean neutral gas, gas analyser, for instance, chromatographer and hydrogen utalizer is fabricated in the form of rack closely fitted to internal surfaces of panels where compacted packages with waste of titanium or titanium alloys are placed with possibility of their flow or container filled with titanium powder. In this case inner space of container is provided with ribs to ensure labyrinth flow. EFFECT: enhanced treatment efficiency. 7 cl, 4 dwg
