FIELD: textile industry, manufacture of metal threads for antistatic fabrics and materials for electronic industry. SUBSTANCE: combination component is formed by joint twisting of metal and polyester thread-like components at a twisting rate equal to 70 to 75, at a relation of their tensions in the feed zone equal to 2:1, and at a tension in the twisting zone making up 20 to 25% of the breaking load of the metal component. Then the combination component is connected to polyester thread by their joint twisting at a relation of their tensions in the feed zone equal to 1.5:1, and at a tension in the twisting zone exceeding the tension of the metal and polyester components in the zone of their twisting into a combination component by 20 to 25%. Twisting of polyester thread with combination component is accomplished at a twisting rate equal to 0.5 to 0.6 of the twisting rate of metal and polyester component at forming of combination component, and in the direction opposite to the direction of twisting of metal and polyester components. EFFECT: facilitated procedure. 1 tbl
