FIELD: oil production. SUBSTANCE: prior to descending string is equipped with catcher and a train of three stopping members placed over the catcher. The first member is installed at the depth defined on the base of an expression presented in the description. The second member is installed at spacing from string bottom equal to half depth of the first member. The third member is installed at lower part position allowing to press 0.5 - 1.0 cubic meter of cement solution in water bearing strata between its cut and cut of the second member. Then string is lowering into the well. Cement solution and pressing in liquid are pumped in the string using cementing plugs. Cement solution is pressed in beyond string spacing. Concurrently hydrodynamic pressure pulses are disturbed in the well. This is done by sudden pressure increase and decrease. Pressure increase is applied after seating cementing plug onto due cut stopping members. Sudden pressure decrease is carried out after cutting stopping members. Device includes a string and extension unit placed in it, a train of cut stopping members, cementing plug, catcher and support rings. String has ring turnings for support rings in its joint members.
