FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas production industry, particularly to construction of oil and gas wells, to devices for lowering, fastening and cementing tie-back liners in side holes of multi-hole wells, with simultaneous operation of two or more wellbores. Device comprises an assembly for disengaging a liner suspension from the drill pipes with a left-hand grip connected to the anchor-packer assembly. In the lower part of this assembly there is an assembly for fixing a suspended cementing plug. Assembly for disengaging a liner suspension from the drill pipes is provided with a landing sleeve with a helical half-turn support end face. Anchor-packer assembly comprises two sealed interconnected profile expandable pipes. One of them is circumscribed and connected to the assembly for fixing a suspended cementing plug. Said assembly comprises a plunger. It is fixed by shearing elements and covers the communication channels between the internal cavity of the suspension and the internal space of the profile pipes. Guide assembly is attached unit to the last assembly through the liner casing string and shoe with a shear screw. It contains a hollow wedge with a through center hole, provided with a guide bushing with a helical half-turn, supporting end face.
