FIELD: storage and gasification of cryogenic fluids. SUBSTANCE: device has thermostatted vessel with plug fitted in neck made of heat-insulating material and cooled by gas discharge coil. Volume of vessel is divided into gas and liquid chambers by level tube; located on bottom of liquid chamber at contact with vessel wall is condenser where liquid is expanded through throttle of siphon tube; besides that, condensation of vapours and heat exchange take place in condenser; condenser exerts pressure on inner wall of thermostatted vessel with the aid of intake siphon tube, thus protecting it against vibration, dynamic impacts and relieving temperature stresses; gas chamber is cooled through heat exchange due to heat conductivity of tubes. Thermostatted vessel is provided with flange for securing the hermetic gas chamber on it where sectional sump is arranged; sump is mounted at inclination relative to first section over circumference of chamber. Sections are cylindrical in form with upper edges bent inside and are interconnected by means of tubes at various levels in height. First section of sump and its bottom portion are connected with condenser by means of intake siphon tube through which liquid and its vapours freely flow in either direction. Device is provided with filling valve, supply valve, gas-discharge valve, safety valve and controllable gas discharge valve which ensure controllable discharge of gas either into surrounding medium or into hermetic gas chamber; all valves are mounted flush with walls of hermetic gas chamber. Device is provided with carriage handle; it is easy for use and may be used instead of compressed gas bottles working under high pressure in all branches of national economy, transport inclusive.
