FIELD: cryogenics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cryogenic equipment, namely to devices for drip dosing of cryogenic liquid into sealed containers, moved by conveyor. Disclosed is a device for dispensing the cryogenic liquid, in which the dispenser is installed directly in the vessel for cryogenic liquid. Cylinder with windows for passage of cryogenic fluid is mounted in bottom of vessel inner shell and there is detachable seat, valve guide, valve, valve spring and valve drive made in the form of controlled high-speed electromagnet. Injected liquid injector is made in the form of two metal hoses and a head, in which a check valve, an outlet nozzle and a chamber for blowing the head are installed. Outer metal hose is connected with the bottom of the outer shell of the vessel, and the inner one – with the dispenser cylinder. Cryogenic liquid vessel is equipped with pressure regulator "after itself" installed on the steam outlet nozzle and "up to itself" pressure regulator, and supercharging evaporator and main line with heater and nozzle connected from supercharger evaporator to chamber for head blower head of injected liquid.
EFFECT: simplified design and operation with provision of reliable batching of equal volumes of cryogenic liquid.
