Incubated blood is poured away from into transparent dish, which has a float, which concentrates surrounding layers after the blood sample has been centrifuged. Concentrated lymphocyte layer is then tested for fluorescence or dying, which indicate presence of activated LYMPHOCYTES or lymphoblastes and their contents. Fluorescence and dying may be measured qualitatively by means of automatic device. EFFECT: simplification.
