FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: whole blood of patient is incubated together with antigen of the disease for which the patient is tested. In specific time the fluorescent dye or dying agent are added, which present affinity in relation to specific property of activated LYMPHOCYTES of lymphoblasts. Incubated blood is poured away from into transparent dish, which has a float, which concentrates surrounding layers after the blood sample has been centrifuged. Concentrated lymphocyte layer is then tested for fluorescence or dying, which indicate presence of activated LYMPHOCYTES or lymphoblastes and their contents. Fluorescence and dying may be measured qualitatively by means of automatic device. EFFECT: simplification.
