FIELD: obtaining of data on composite layer in centrifuged blood sample. SUBSTANCE: method involves separating composite layers from centrifuged joint material in vacuumized glass tube or transparent plastic tube with float. In case of possible contamination with such material as blood subjected to analysis, vacuumized tube allows measurements to be conducted without contact by specialist with blood. Tubes have size sufficient for receiving about 1 milliliter of blood and for filling with gas under low pressure. Floats are provided with channel for collecting cells settled during centrifuging process. Cell layers are stabilized by layer of fluid material, which is settled on plasma layer during centrifuging to form film on it. Collected cell layers are sucked from float channel by means of needle or canule, which is inserted into tube or float channel. EFFECT: increased efficiency and provision for taking measurements by specialists without contact with blood. 6 cl, 5 dwg
