SUBSTANCE: signal from controlled object is received by analog input of analog-to-digital converter, which outputs data about signals from controlled object. First unit for measuring finite differences outputs data about signal increment during sampling period, second unit for measuring finite differences outputs data about increment of signal increment, and so on till nth unit. Deciding unit outputs data about object state. Data from outputs of measuring device provide vector of states, which includes data about level of output signal from object and all it finite increments, which are not zero. Device may be used for control of systems which output is measured as electric signal. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 5 dwg
