FIELD: electric engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has transmitter 1, three phase wires 2, receiver 3 with first and second phase shifters 5.1 and 5.2 and symmetric-constituent voltage filters, including direct sequence filter 4.1 and reverse sequence filter 4.2. In addition device has rectifying bridge 6 and low-pass filter 7. When information is transmitted, transmitter converts signal currents which has frequency f0, converted signals are sent to three-phase electric transmission line 2 with three-phase voltage in reverse and direct sequences at frequencies f1 and f2. These voltage levels are received symmetric- constituent voltage filters 4.1 and 4.2, which output, respectively, first voltage of signal and first voltage having electric line supply frequency F and second voltage of signal and second voltage having electric line supply frequency. Phase shifters 5.1 and 5.2 aligns phases of supply line frequency voltage values. They are sent from joint outputs of phase shifters to input of rectifying bridge 6, which outputs total voltage of signal. In result, low-pass filter 7 having bandwidth ΔF ≅ F outputs signal having frequency fo, which may be sent from information output of device to control unit. Stability to noise is increased due to fact that voltage of signal is times greater than that in previous devices while power of transmitter is kept constant.
