FIELD: quantum electronics. SUBSTANCE: monocrystals LiO2 are subjected to laser irradiation. Laser beam passed through diffuser strikes monocrystal. Second-harmonic radiation cone results from interaction between main and diffused neams inside crystal due to vector OOE sunchronism effect. Vector synchronism cone parameters, namely, cone angle, are fully determined by refraction indices of usual and unusual waves at fundamental and double frequency of laser beam. Refraction indices of LiNiO3 depend on monocrystal composition; so, vector synchronism cone parameters also depend on composition of monocrystals. Molar percentage C of LiNO3 in monocrystals LiNiO3 is indicated by angle of vector synchronism cone F and is found from equation LiO2. EFFECT: improved validity of data obtained. 1 dwg
