SUBSTANCE: device has thermosiphon 1 with heat-transfer agent 2 and steam-lift starter controlled by temperature of module 6. Starter is made in the form of steam-lift unit 3 that functions to convey liquid phase of heat-transfer agent from heating zone to cooling zone. Heat-transfer agent is composed of ingredients mixed up in liquid phase at stabilization temperature. One of ingredients boils at stabilization temperature and other ingredient transfer to solid state at temperature lower than stabilization point; in this state they have low-heat conductance.
