FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves labeling the pelvic bottom of a patient with concurrent radiopaque treatment of the anorectal zone, urinary bladder and urethra. The kind of changes in the disposition of the anorectal zone, urinary bladder and urethra gives the local description of muscular structure dysfunction. Any displacement of the anorectal zone with downward uresis taking place or its frontal dislocation for more than 1 cm with urethra position changed, is thought to be a sign of dysfunction. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of diagnosis.
