FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes studying process of assembly of immunoglobulin receptors of B-lymphocytes with aid of luminescent antiglobulin sera, recording five phase states of "ring", "patch", "cap", "patch + endocytosis", and "endocytosis" cell receptors, and determining summary coefficient which takes account of relationship between maximum value of major parameter, that is, "patch + endocytosis" and maximum values of remaining parameters of state of cell receptor apparatus. In healthy infants, this coefficient averages 18.6 units. With infants suffering from allergic diseases, average value of this coefficient is equal to about 6.5 units (does not exceed 13 units). EFFECT: disclosed method permits revealing clear-cut relationship between allergic processes taking place in organism and low values of summary coefficient, helps reliably diagnosing pathogenesis, and allows timely prescribing adequate therapy.
