SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. In the method for relaxation and stress removal, the beginning of the session is initiated by bringing the chair to semi-rest position, closing the chair cupola for user's insulation and creating the effect of immersion into the interactive environment. Pulse and respiratory wave signals are detected, and heart rate and respiratory coherence (HRC) is calculated and monitored throughout the session. Performing simultaneous light and audio action on user, besides, audio stream is generated based on at least one adaptive soundtrack, which is compiled from vertical mix, wherein the composition of the soundtrack consists of several functional layers, for each of which a threshold value of the coherence index of cardiac rhythm and respiration is given. Light exposure is generated with a frequency modulated with a heart rate. Device is made in form of armchair, comprises control unit, at least one sensor for pulse and respiratory waves signal registration of user, audio-interaction device for user to play audio stream, device of light action on user.

EFFECT: use of the invention enables stabilization of human physiological and psychological states.
