FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has container with sorbent, perfusion nozzle having inlet and outlet nipples and media separator, nut for fixing the container and members in it. The device has also laser light guide and tube to contain the laser light guide and supply blood. The tube is attached to the perfusion nozzle with threaded connection and has flange, engageable with opening edges in the upper part of the container through a washer, and thread to make connection with the nut. The nut makes contact with its upper end to the upper end of the tube through a washer. the flat part of the nut has an opening for the laser light guide to be introduced. Free end of the light guide is combined with piston at the slot edge manufactured in the tube wall. Media separator is a step- shaped flange on the upper part of the of the perfusion nozzle chamber mounted in the chamber with clearance which size is less than that of sorbent grains.
