FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: after the sampling blood is divided to obtain plasma and formal elements. Plasma is cooled up to 4 C and kept for a day followed by centrifuging, residue is isolated that consists of cryoproteins become available at cooling process. Isolated plasma is passed through hemosorbent with simultaneous removing average-molecular toxins, then plasma is subjected to laser irradiation, heated up to 37 C and returned into patient's body. Blood formal elements are mixed with isotonic sodium chloride solution at equal portions followed by passing through hemosorbent at 10:1 ratio of mixture and hemosorbent, conducting laser irradiation and returning into the body. EFFECT: increased level of blood detoxication, better purification of plasma and erythromass higher stimulation of repair and immune processes.
