FIELD: ferrous metallurgy, precisely, compound of low-carbon high-strength cold-rolled steel applicable in manufacture of parts for service under high loads. SUBSTANCE: cold-rolled high-strength steel for deep drawing contains components in the following amounts, mas.%: carbon 0.002-0.007; silicon 0.005-0.05; manganese 0.5-1.7; sulfur 0.005-0.015; phosphorus 0.005- 0.015 or 0.05-0.15; aluminium 0.005-0.07; nickel 0.005-0.3; copper 0.005-0.3; titanium 0.02-0.15; nitrogen 0.001-0.007; chromium 0.005- 0.3; the balance, iron. Steel additionally contains, mas.%: niobium 0.01- 0.15; boron 0.0005-0.005. EFFECT: stabilized strength characteristics with good texture, improved ductility and corrosion resistance, increased product yield, high-strength in drying of paint coatings on the parts, improved uniformity in distribution of mechanical properties over the roll length and reduced temperature of brittle-ductile transition. 1 tbl
