FIELD: pipe line engineering. SUBSTANCE: cutting member is a hydraulic cutter that moves over a master cam under the action of a jaw carrier. The master cam is mounted inside a sleeve coupled with a hollow rod. The bottom part of the sleeve is curved and provided with grooves. The housing has the outlet pipe and safety valve. A hose for supplying water or abrasive liquid to the cutter and pipe for supplying inert gas to the internal space of the sleeve are positioned inside the hollow rod.
