SUBSTANCE: device includes adapter branch pipe secured on pipe line, damper and unit consisting of chuck with drive, centering drill and cutter; it is provided with C-shaped circular magnet fitted in cavity of cutter for limited axial displacement; magnet has axial hole for centering drill; lower end surface of circular magnet engageable with pipe line has identical form. In preferable version, cutter has inner holding pins located in C-shaped circular cavity of magnet. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 cl, 1 dwg
