Diagnosis method involves examining patient urine in the case of demielinizing disease present. Insignificant initial increase in dopamine level in performing functional tests with L-Dopa in comparison with normal adrenogram and further insignificant lowering this level being observed, Vassiliev syndrome is diagnosed. Method involves administering per of preparations like "HAKOM" under control, comparing adrenograms like it is described above. Initial dose of the preparation is 20- 200 mg per day with its lowering to fully cancelling, when the adrenogram patterns of healthy and ill person become close. EFFECT: high accuracy of diagnose.
