FIELD: medicine, oncology.
SUBSTANCE: in patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphomas it is necessary to detect the content of dopamine in urine collected from 8 a.m. till 8 p.m. At its concentration ranged 495-906 nM/d one should state upon stage I of the disease. At dopamine concentration ranged 177-387 nM/d one should establish stages II and II of the disease. At the values of dopamine concentration ranged 47-173 nM/d one should notice further spreading of the disease in such patients. The innovation enables to determine the stage of malignant process that favors to match the most efficient tactics of therapy in due time and, also, prevents patients at earlier stages of the disease against aggressive methods of chemotherapy.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of evaluation.
