FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: system for automatic test and charge of storage battery provides for automatic check of capacitance of storage batteries in process of their discharge and for accelerated mode of charge. Under mode of discharge device testing capacitance based on counter of ampere hours forms signal for disconnection of users to achieve limit of discharge of storage batteries. Under mode of charge device testing capacitance forms signals for charge device to switch on boosted mode of charge if storage battery is discharged below preset level (for instance, 20 per cent) followed by switching over to main mode with achievement of 80 per cent level of charge and with achievement of 100 per cent level of charge device testing capacitance forms signal for disconnection of charging device from storage battery. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of testing and charge. 1 dwg
