FIELD: broad-band radio-transmitting communication systems including those for moving objects. SUBSTANCE: top-feed antenna has vertical conductor, tubular base, HF and LF matching units; it is isolated from horizontal screen by isometer and connected to it through switch. LF matching unit is mounted on horizontal screen and HF matching unit is placed inside tubular base. Equations for selecting dimensions of all components of antenna and hardware implementation of LF matching unit are given in description of invention. EFFECT: extended band of antenna in LF range; simplified design. 3 cl, 9 dwg
