FIELD: cigarette production. SUBSTANCE: cigarette case has cover hinged to its back wall. Front part of cover has flap which may be folded into case cavity. Cigarette case is further provided with flange having two side walls and front wall with recess in its middle portion. Recess is defined at two sides by lateral intermediate portions. At least one side edge of flap is provided with slot engageable with lateral intermediate portion of flange front wall, with parts of lateral intermediate portion surface being positioned between flap and cover front wall.
