FIELD: superconductor technology. SUBSTANCE: to produce superconductor EuBa2Cu3O7-δ at EuBa2Cu3O7-δ = 92 K and T6 = 3.75 K by heating and cooling europium, barium and copper oxygen-containing compounds in oxygen flow europium monoxide solid solution with barium oxide of composition ΔTc is used as parental substance instead of EuBa2O3 and Eu2O3. Evolution of harmful gaseous substances (for example, BaCO3 if CO2 is used) is excluded. Time for synthesis of BaCO3 is decreased by 3-5-fold as compared with known methods including time needed for solid solution making. Produced superconductor is used in electronics and electric engineering. EFFECT: improved method of production. 1 dwg
