FIELD: ceramic superconductors. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing yttrium and copper oxides and barium carbonate with silicon-containing component, air synthesis at 900 C for 10 hr, cooling, grinding, forming and caking in air atmosphere. Silicon-containing component is silicon oxide (Y1Ba2CN30xSixO7) as measured for composition producing of the formula SiO2 where x = 0.010-0.050. Caking is carried out at temperature range 930-990 C for 5-20 hr. Prepared material is used in radioelectronics and energetics at ceramic superconductors producing.
