FIELD: waste water disposal systems, water supply systems. SUBSTANCE: gear includes hollow body 2 in the form of shell with lower bottom 5 and upper outer bearing surfaces 6 in the form of flanges of shell. Shell houses separable cover 3 with handle 10 and eyelets 11 and 12 passing into proper slits in shell. Mobile eyelet 11 and immobile eyelet 12 form forked shanks together with upper outer surface 6 and shell which reliably fix gear in frame of man-hole while it is mounted on inner ring protrusion designed to carry upper cover of man-hole. Gear is provided with either internal unit for attachment of equipment in the form of pocket 7 sufficient to house it or with unit for external attachment of equipment on suspension in the form of radial slit cut 8 in body 2 with mounting seat 9 on end to fix suspension or this unit can be combined (pocket 7 with slit cut 8 ending with mounting seat 9).
