FIELD: engineering-exploration operations. SUBSTANCE: reducing gear is provided with barrel put on high-speed shaft and another barrel on low-speed shaft. The first barrel has a cable with upper part of weight-sensor and lower part of weight-sensor subsequently hung in series from free end of the rope. The weights and sensors are descended, for example, in a well. The second barrel has a cable with weight-indicator hung from its free end. The weight- indicator is provided with self-recorder interacting with diagram tape. Besides, a handle for manual moving the weight is secured to barrel hub. The barrels are kinematically interrelated through gearing of the reducing gear and due to the weights-sensors and weight-indicator are counterweights that create torques of opposite direction.
