FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed drive comprises drive drum 2 with drive made up of motor 3, reduction gear 4 and brake 5, and tensioning drum 6 arranged on car 7 with displace in conveyor frame guides 8. Said car is articulated via steel cable rope 9 with reel 10. Said reel runs free on drive reduction gear low-speed shaft end opposite the drive drum and is provided with remote-control electromagnetic coupling 11 transmitting torque from said low-speed shaft. Steel cable rope connecting car with reel runs over horizontal deflecting units 12, 13. One of said units is arranged on drive unit frame 14 and another one is located on transverse beam 15 secured on conveyor frame. Extra deflecting drum 16 is arranged between drive and tensioning drums wit maximum upward flexure conveyor flight leaving drive drum. Reel may be fitted on extra reduction gear low-speed shaft. High-speed shaft of said reduction gear is articulated via remote-control electromagnetic coupling 16 with drive unit reduction gear low-speed shaft.
EFFECT: simplified design, increased haulage capacity.
