SUBSTANCE: method for open exploitation of drawn together inclined mineral seams includes horizon-by-horizon opening of upper seam with cutting trench on suspended side by excavator, excavating rock triangle between cutting trench bank and roof of upper seam, excavating upper seam, excavating inter-seam spacing and lower seam, with time and space detach by a depth equal to the depth of the cutting trench with rock mass dumping in transportation means. Cutting trench is excavated for a depth corresponding to operational height of excavator scooping. Layer of rock triangle is excavated with layer-by- layer milling machine detach from time and space.
