FIELD: mining industry; applicable in opencast mining of bedded flat and inclined deposits with use of railway haulage. SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of upper bench with height Hb by longitudinal stopes; formation of working platform of standard width Wwp on said bench floor; development of lower bench by longitudinal downward stopes of variable height; construction of access ramp to new haulage level and mining of exposed mineral bed by inclined layer; working of upper bench with height Hb and development of lower bench simultaneously with beginning of preparation of new haulage level with lifting of overburden rocks to haulage level made earlier on roof of upper bench. Excavation of overburden rocks of both benches with variable height h varying from Hb to 2Hb is carried out by longitudinal stopes by one continuous face, and exposed mineral bed is mined by inclined layer. Stope with height of h=2Hb is worked in combination with adjacent stope of upper bench by one continuous face to form working platform of minimal width Wwp and access ramp is made to this platform and haulage level is made on this platform. Then, next stope is performed on this level to expand working platform to standard width Wwp and to complete development of lower bench and to form new haulage level on lower bench roof. Technical problem is also solved due to the fact that excavator-railway complex of equipment for preparation of new haulage level is provided with overloading bin, and railway track is laid on upper bench roof. Overloading bin is made in form of metal framework with built-in vibrating feeders above which accumulating vessel is arranged. Metal framework is installed on chassis including, at least, three axles with wheel pairs. Extreme wheel pairs are provided for their turning with supporting rings secured to axles and made with members for variation of movement trajectory. Mounted between metal framework and chassis are dynamic load shock-absorbing units which through system of jacks rest on bench rock during loading of accumulating vessel of overloading bin by dragline excavator. EFFECT: improved conditions of mining operation and increased productivity of mining and haulage equipment. 5 cl, 9 dwg
