FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: clutch has axially alined shaft 2 and race 3. The shaft and race have diametrical openings wherein solenoid pickups for measuring rotation speed are mounted. The pickups have armatures 6,14, and 15 made up as pins. The electric signal converter and rotation speed converter are connected with measuring windings. The clutch is provided with additional race 19 fixed inside housing 1. The race is in a contact with pins 6,14, and 15. Race 19 is mounted eccentrically with respect to shaft 2 and race 3, the eccentricities being opposite. When shaft 2 and race 3 rotate, the pins (armatures) 6,14, and 15 reciprocate in lateral openings of shaft 2 and race 3. As a result, alternative electrical signals are generated in measuring windings 8,9 and 17,19. The signals are then converted into the speed of rotation. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 3 dwg
