FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: coupling has housing, main and additional holders arranged concentrically in housing, and two shafts. Diametric holes for pins are made in holders and shafts. Pin fitted in hole of each shaft is made sectional, consisting of three parts arranged in tandem, with middle part of material featuring lower magnetic permeability, as compared with material of extreme parts. Pins in holder are spring-loaded relative to center of holder in radial direction. Coupling has also magnets with measuring electric windings. Magnets are installed in above-indicated diametric holes of shafts and holders. Coupling has also speed or angular position converter connected with electric measuring windings, and other holder fixed in housing, installed for engagement with pins and arranged eccentrically relative to shafts and holders with opposite direction of eccentricities. Coupling has two additional hollow shafts, main and additional holders being rigidly secured on above-indicated additional hollow shafts.
