FIELD: power engineering; cooling of converter gases. SUBSTANCE: cover of boiler gas duct has framework formed by dispensing and collecting headers 1 and 2 with bypass sections 3 and 4. Cooling water supply and discharge branch pipes 6 and 7 are connected to ends of header 2. Tubular cooling surface of ceiling 5 is made in form of flat multi-pass membrane panel of tubes interconnected by means of spacers and connected to headers 1 and 2 on side of partition 8 located inside collecting headers 2. Headers 1 and 2 adjoin each other in one corner of framework and their bypass sections are brought in communication. Blank overlaps cross-section of header 1 where it adjoins header 2. Branch pipes 6 and 7 are connected to water supply and discharge pipe lines by means of flexible hoses 11 and 12. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 cl, 2 dwg
