FIELD: manufacture of boiler; wasteheat boilers - converter gas coolers. SUBSTANCE: gas duct 1 has rectangular contour at the top formed by headers 2 and 3 of water walls fastened by means of gusset plates 4. Gas duct cover is located inside this contour (in plan) which consists of two rectangular doors 5 each of which is formed by means of cover headers 6-9 interconnected by means of cooling tubes of ceiling panel 10. Doors are articulated with headers 2 of gas duct 1 by means of ears 11 and 12 and shifts 13. Supply branch pipe 14 and discharge branch pipe 15 provided with flexible hoses are mounted on ends of headers 6. Partition 17 is mounted in header 8 near place of installation of one of branch pipes. Header 6 is connected with headers 7-9 by water lines before partition 17; header 9 is tightly connected to ferrule of header 6. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 6 cl, 4 dwg
