FIELD: instrumentation engineering. SUBSTANCE: gear to determine dynamic parameters of mechanism coupled to starting links of examined mechanism is mounted on platform coupled to frame with the aid of half-axles supported in bearings anchored in frame perpendicular to half-axle of platform. Driving links of drives of frame and platform are mounted correspondingly on base and frame, driven links are installed in frame and platform. Outputs of drives are connected to computer. Additional transducers of turning angle are put on half-axles of frame and platform, their outputs are coupled to input of converter. EFFECT: enhanced functional reliability and efficiency. 3 dwg
