FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device includes cylindrical body, two main electrodes connected to power supply source, instrumentation electrode connected to voltmeter, dielectric spacer where current electrodes are made flush on two sides, screen from insulation material where main electrodes are placed flush on two sides. Electrodes, spacer and screen are manufactured laminated and are positioned on cylindrical surface of body along its symmetry axis. Variable resistor and switch are placed into circuit of power supply source and second terminal of voltmeter is connected to current electrode nearest to instrumentation electrode.
