METHOD DETERMINING ELECTRIC PARAMETERS OF STORAGE CELLS Russian patent published in 1998 - IPC

FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: voltage drops across storage cell are measured with full compensation of its emf and its discharge to known reference discharge resistor at fixed time moments O,t₁ and t₂= 2t₁ corresponding to initial section of curve of transient process. Measured voltages are fed to microcomputer which in correspondence with software developed on basis of body of mathematics calculates values of ohmic resistance, resistance of polarized electrodes and capacitance of polarization of storage cell.
