FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has screening sheath 1, flexible isolating liner 2 and ball multiple-tier base 3. Balls 4 and 5 of respective tiers are fitted onto metal wires 6 and dielectric wires 7. Tiers 8 of metal balls are positioned in alternation with tiers 9 of dielectric balls. All tiers of metal balls are positioned in alternation on the base of polarity. Tiers are interconnected through transverse dielectric wires 13. Apparatus is made flexible and may be used for udder of any size. Apparatus sizes may be regulated by binding devices 15.
