FIELD: fastening facilities. SUBSTANCE: buckle has two frame members positioned one upon the other so that one side is embraced by fixed end of belt. One of frame members embraced by movable end of belt is provided with projections making continuation of side opposed to that embraced by fixed end of belt and directed outward of this side. Projections may be inclined relative to frame. Ring may be placed in each projection. Belt is released by applying force to projections at an angle with respect to frame. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 3 cl, 8 dwg
