FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves surgically repairing lymph passage from abducent portal lymph collectors and regional lymph node of the transplant into deep circumflex iliac vein of recipient by their end-to-end anastomosis. To remove resistance to lymph passage from the nephrotransplant through lymph-node-to-vein anastomosis, vein is used in recipient zone, having permanent valve mechanism due to which intravenous blood pressure gradient is smoothed at the level of the lymphovenous anastomosis, hindering free lymph discharge from the donor lymph node into the recipient vein. EFFECT: improved lymph discharge conditions. 2 dwg
