FIELD: medicine, transplantology. SUBSTANCE: method deals with an extensive extraperitoneal access to a kidney, atraumatic mobilization and removal of donor's kidney upon vascular-ureter stem followed by fastening of operational wound. According the given invention transperitoneal thoracophrenolumbotomy is conducted along with mobilization at the whole distance of vascular renal stem together with suprarenal and infrarenal departments of abdominal aorta. Integrity of adjacent renal and celiac plexuses should be kept, the upper and lower aortal-renal nervous nodes are decentralized from celiac plexus by cutting off their preganglionic bonds, neuroganglions are mobilized by keeping an integrity of nutritive vessels and postganglionic nervous bonds of renal plexus and a kidney. After removing the upper half of ureter and renal vessels from aorta and inferior vena cava a renal-ganglionic complex is removed together with kept bundles of renal plexus that connect its components. EFFECT: higher efficiency to be used at renal allotransplantations in volunteer donors.
