SUBSTANCE: the device provides for electromagnetic action within a wide frequency band; it uses a dielectric ring of a variable diameter with two elliptic-shaped holes, two action units, each comprising a coil, positioned in which is a source of microwave radiation for movement and a radiator as well as a low-frequency generator connected to the leads of the coils whose windings are laid along the respective holes of the dielectric ring; the microwave radiation sources are made in the form of microwave oscillators with an exponential slot.
