FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has housing having receiving and emitting unit mounted therein and having laser diode and photodetector matrices connected to control unit. The photodetector matrix is connected to infrared radiometer input which output is connected to the control unit input. Optical modulator matrix is built in into the laser diode matrix, laser diode matrix body having beds as holes for receiving the laser diodes coaxial to corresponding holes in optical modulator matrix body for positioning them there. The hole axes converge in spherical mirror focal point formed by optical modulator matrix working surface. The holes are spaced along concentric circles in matrix bodies. The photodetector matrix is circularly arranged as a ring on the spherical mirror facet having Fresnel lens mounted on the exposure surface. The laser diode matrix of the receiving and emitting unit is additionally connected to current stabilizer unit and optical modulator matrix is connected to control unit.
