FIELD: milling. SUBSTANCE: mill comprises two axially alined disks. The bottom disk is mounted for permitting rotation and provided with knives. The top disk is locked against rotation and provided with through supply passageways eccentrically arranged over periphery. The bottom part of each passageway is made up as a wedge- shaped milling chamber oriented tangentially. The bottom surface of the chamber is at the level of the bottom surface of the disk. The top part is inclined to the bottom one and is rough. The cutting edges of the knives are arranged across the chamber and parallel to the bottom surface of the top disk.
