FIELD: flour milling industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has milling chamber and milling device fixed on shaft mounted within milling chamber. Milling chamber has at least one double-blade chopping knife with rear edge bent downward. Milling chamber has cover mounted on milling chamber top and provided with receiving opening, and discharge device made in the form of branch pipe mounted at an angle to milling chamber radius. Charging hopper with gaged opening is positioned above milling chamber. Gaged opening is positioned above receiving opening of milling chamber. Grain is delivered from charging hopper into milling chamber by gravity as well as by air flow passing through space between hopper and milling chamber into milling chamber and sucking grain from hopper discharge opening. As a result, delivery opening of hopper is not stopped up even when grain with increased moisture content is used. EFFECT: increased efficiency and enhanced reliability in operation. 5 cl, 4 dwg
