FIELD: control of icing and tribo technique. SUBSTANCE: in first version, prior to applying low-energy coat, precoat with filler consisting of particles of spherical form is applied. Drying is effected in magnetic or electrostatic fields. In second version, prior to applying low-energy coat, surface is subjected to treatment with electronic beam or laser beam. Drying is effected in magnetic or electric fields which are perpendicular to surface of coat. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 4 cl, 6 dwg
